Konbini food you can only buy in Tokyo
Why some items are regional, and how we mark them.
Konbini chains make food in regional factories, so many items are sold only in one area. On this site, "Tokyo only" means the chain lists the item for Tokyo stores, "Central Tokyo only" means a limited set of stores in central wards, and "Tokyo & Kanagawa" includes Yokohama and Kawasaki.
Regional items are often the most interesting finds for visitors, and they change every week. The "Only in Tokyo" section on the home page collects them.
