Frozen fruit soda
A ¥250 fruit soda that stays cold. Frozen fruit works as ice and fruit at the same time. Add sparkling water for a light, fizzy drink on a hot day.
What to buy
- Frozen fruit cup冷凍フルーツCups or bags of frozen fruit (mango, pineapple, mixed berries and more) in the freezer. 7-Eleven is known for a wide range.
- Sparkling water炭酸水Unsweetened sparkling water, cold from the drinks fridge. Use a sweet soda or lemon soda if you like it sweeter.
How to make it
- Open the frozen fruit cup and let it sit for a minute.
- Pour the sparkling water slowly over the fruit, leaving room at the top.
- Wait a minute for the fruit to chill the drink, then drink it and eat the fruit with a spoon.
